page_fields
PageFields adds editable fields to your pages. Fields like Keywords and Description can now be added, edited, and deleted per page. You can also specify the default fields for new pages.

Installation
At the command prompt, in the root of your Radiant project, type:
script/extension install page_fieldsPageFields has been integrated into core. You should no longer need to install this extension.
