Adds simple search feature for pages, snippets, layouts, et al. Requires page_list_view extension.

Installation
At the command prompt, in the root of your Radiant project, type:
script/extension install sitemap_searchIf using gem, until Radiant 1.0.0 is released, use Radiant edge and install:
gem install radiant-sitemap_search-extension —ignore-dependencies
